1. No Returns Required
We do not require customers to return items for refunds. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us directly.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be reported as damaged or defective within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt), and a photo showing the damage to the item.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Once your request is verified, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Disposal of Damaged Items
Customers are not required to return damaged items and may dispose of them in any manner they choose.
