I am a pre-birth and spiritual experiencer, content creator, podcaster, speaker, writer, artist, wife and mother. I love nature, trees, mountains, lakes and rivers, close-knit community, bonfires, sunrises and sunsets, gardening, painting, writing, deep conversations, home-cooked food, and cats.

I currently reside in beautiful Northern Michigan with my husband and three children. My passions include gentle parenting, conscious living, high-plant-based eating, quantum health, spirituality, and nurturing a deep connection with nature. My spiritual experiences have shaped the course of my life; I live to experience the Divine and help others do the same.
