I was born with memories of divine bliss and my one desire has been to experience divine union, ever since I was a little girl. I was raised in fundamentalist Christianity, and after an NDE-like experience at the age of 18, I deconstructed my faith. I have since studied and integrated many spiritual paths and teachings, including Christian Mysticism, Advaita Vedanta, Karma and Bahkti Yoga, Zen Buddhism, A Course in Miracles, The Law of One, Near Death Experiences, Hermeticism, New Thought, Quantum Mysticism, and Historic Jewish Christianity.
All of my studies have led me to discover the most direct path to enlightenment - the Jesus Way of Love. I have integrated elements of many spiritual paths and distilled them down to their most simple and potent form. On my YouTube Channel and Instagram, I teach:

One of my biggest challenges since my deconstruction has been finding spiritual community. I missed the structure of going to church every week, the comfort of having a present, supportive community, and the security of being surrounded by people who were on a similar spiritual path.
In my work as a content creator, interacting with people from all over the world every day, I realized this lack of community outside of organized religion is a gaping area of need for millions of people.
When I couldn't find it, I created it! In The Sanctuary, we enjoy a beautiful, supportive, thriving community. We engage in reflection and conversation every day with our daily discussion prompts. We meet virtually every other Sunday for spiritual teaching, coaching, Q&A, and group energy work sessions. We grow together through monthly spiritual embodiment challenges. Once a month, we invite a guest speaker into the group for a live presentation on a wide array of metaphysical and spiritual topics.
I couldn't be more proud or passionate about what The Sanctuary represents - a safe haven for everyone, from the lonely spiritual questioner, to the adept spiritual aspirant, to the one still recovering from a brutal deconstruction. No matter where you are at on your path, the Sanctuary is a sacred space of healing and connection for you!
Often I have been asked, "If you could have one superpower, what would it be?" My answer has remained the same since I was a child. If I could have any superpower, I would perform hands-on healing like Jesus did.
When I was a Charismatic Christian, I tried countless times to heal others, often spectacularly unsuccessfully. That's because Christianity doesn't understand the metaphysics behind how spiritual gifts work.
After 10 years of intensely focusing on my own spiritual evolution, making use of every challenge to open my heart chakra and move into unity-consciousness, I began noticing that I could do energy work without trying. I discovered that spiritual expansion is the path to effortless activation of spiritual gifts.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have had one goal in life - to experience Divine Union. As a child I wanted to be an enlightened Being like Jesus or the Buddha, who could bring divine bliss, expansive love, and healing to suffering people.
